Ingredients for two:

6-7 ounce spaghetti or other pasta

2 onions

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 beef bouillon cube

5 bay leaves

 

This is a very easy and fast recipe!

Fry the onion and bay leaves in the oil at medium low heat in a large pan. Then add the beef bouillon (which is better to liquefy before in a bit of hot water. No clumps).

Boil the pasta and then pour the pasta in the pan with the onion. We call this next step saltare in padella, frying the pasta in the pan. Just do it for one minute at medium-high  heat.

Don’t eat the bay leaves!
