5 minute Pasta with salmon
Ingredients:
4 oz smoked salmon
6 oz fresh pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 clove garlic, chopped
Black pepper, chili pepper, some fresh dill leaves or oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
A squeeze of lemon juice
Add the oil, cherry tomatoes, and the garlic in a pan. Heat at very low heat so that the tomatoes get warm but don’t cook. Add the dill and a touch of lemon juice. Meanwhile, boil the pasta and drain. Mix all together with the salmon in the pan.
