Roasted red bell pepper in green sauce.
I like antipasto and at some restaurants in Italy when you order the antipasto you will be often surprised with a serving of different dishes that can equal a whole meal. Between them bell peppers, that can be prepared in many different ways. I like them roasted, served with boiled eggs and covered with green sauce.
Ingredients: for each person one bell pepper and one egg
click here for the green sauce recipe.
Recipe
After washing and taking away the seeds roast the peppers with the broiler. Turn them continuously until you can take the skin easily away. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes. Wait for peppers and eggs to be cold and than display them on the serving dish. Cover everything with green sauce.
I added a frittata that was made with the leftover of the penne alla vodka. It was delicious.

Very good post. I’ve found your blog via Bing and I’m really happy about the information you provide in your posts. Btw your sites layout is really messed up on the Kmelon browser. Would be really great if you could fix that. Anyhow keep up the good work!

Hi there. I wanted to tell you that some elements of your web site are hard to scan for me, as I’m color blind. I have deuteranopia, however there are other forms of color blindness that may also experience issues. I can read most of the site OK, and the elements I have difficulties with I am able to read by using a special browser. Neverthless, it would be nice if you can remember we color-blind types while undertaking your next site design. Thank you.
