CROSTINI WITH HAM
This is a very easy recipe that you will find in Italy almost at every pizzeria. Although popular it is often prepared in a way that ruins the taste of the ham.
The secret is simple and it consists by adding the ham when you take the crostini out of the oven. This way you maintain the unique characteristics of Italian raw ham also known as prosciutto.
