INGREDIENTS

THREE-EGG ANGEL FOOD CAKE
1 cup sugar     1/2teaspoon cream of tartar
1 and  1/3 cup flour
3 teaspoons baking powder

2/3 cup scalded milk
1teaspoon vanilla

3 egg whites

RECIPE


Sift dry ingredients together three times; pour over this the scalded milk. Stir carefully. Add vanilla and fold in well-beaten egg whites. Bake in ungreased Angel Cake pan or shallow oblong pan at 325 degrees for about fifty minutes. Remove from oven, invert the pan and allow to stand until cold
